Pantochino’s wildly popular, award-winning Summer Theatre Camp is presented by the Milford Arts Council at the MAC in Downtown Milford. It has been dubbed by the campers as “The Most Fun. Ever!” The appeal and acclaim of the camp is a reflection of what we do—100% original and completely unmatched programs for actors and audiences. Here at Pantochino, we are professional theatre artists working in the industry—actors, director, composers, dancers, designers—who love sharing our experiences with young people. SPRING PERFORMANCE CLASS “GLAM KITTY SQUAD”
NOW REGISTERING FOR AGES 8-12
They’re adorable kittens by day, and crime-stopping cats by night! Meet the Glam Kitty Squad as they save the world in this mini-musical with great roles for girls and boy who love to act, sing and dance. The performance class is completely focused on rehearsal and performance. Eight sessions (Wednesdays from 5pm to 6:10pm) March 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 with performance Saturday May 3 at Noon. All rehearsals are at our studio in the Connecticut Post Mall and performance on stage at the MAC, Milford Arts Council. Limited Enrollment. Registrations are accepted in order received. Please note, participants must be available for all eight rehearsals, will be responsible for memorizing lines, lyrics, and choreography and must be ages 8 to 12. SUMMER THEATRE CAMP
Get ready for ‘the most fun ever’ as Pantochino and the Milford Arts Council present an expanded FIVE weeks of Summer Theatre Camp! Designed especially for your shining star, age 8 to 12, who loves to act, sing, dance, and perform in the spotlight! The creative, bright, happy atmosphere of this experience has gained the attention and trust of parents and campers alike—its no wonder last year our camps sold out in just twenty-three minutes! SESSION 1 THE WIZARD OF OZ (SORT OF) June 30-July 3*
This fast-paced, fun-filled spoof of the MGM movie is a Pantochino classic! Join Dorothy, Toto and all the friends and foes in this laugh-out-loud mini musical masterpiece! Registration begins February 1 at 6am!
*Please note Session 1 is a four-day experience due to the national holiday on July 4.
SESSION 2 GOLDIROCKS! July 7-11
Who's the most famous recording artist of all time? Not Taylor Swift. Meet Goldirocks! Join her for an adventure with a fun-loving family of bears as they ‘rock on’ like they’ve never rocked before! Registration begins February 1 at 6am
SESSION 3 PINOCCHIO (SORT OF) July 14-18
We’re not gonna lie…when this little wooden boy comes to life, It’s dippy, daffy and laughy all the way to the happy-ever-after ending. Registration begins February 1 at 6am.
SESSION 4 HOW TO BE A GOOD WITCH July 21-25
Meet a pair of mis-matched witches—one good, one wicked who spring to life from a magical book and try their best to guide a little witch named Rae as she yearns to make her dreams come true. Registration begins February 1 at 6am
SESSION 5 CINDERELLA PEPPERONI July 28-August 1
The story of Cinderella come alive as an Italian house party full of high energy fun. Here, step sisters rant, pizzas spin and the Godmother grants Cinderella an offer she can’t refuse! Registration begins February 1 at 6am.

Each session of Summer Theatre Camp is a unique five-day experience (Four days of rehearsal and one performance day). In this short time, our campers will learn, rehearse and perform an original musical written expressly for Pantochino. We’ve reimagined Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid as “The Ethel Mermaid,” where one tiny mermaid longs to be on Broadway! At Pantochino, Aladdin gets a 1960's super groovy make over and Little Red Riding Hood journeys to the wild, wild west! You get the idea.
Pantochino’s Summer Theatre Camp is conveniently located in Downtown Milford, is fully air-conditioned and is a very affordable option with no registration fees, no advertising obligations and no hidden fees. Parents and families can actually see the performance without any ticket cost! We also offer discount rates for siblings attending camp together!
